The Oak & Rose Book Shoppe, a proudly independent bookstore, was established in 1998 by Tim
(a.k.a. the Oak) and Kathy (a.k.a. the Rose) Smith.
The Oak & Rose carries a wide range of adult and children's books and
specializes in local and prairie titles.
We have been privileged to be chosen as the bookseller for the
Festival of Words each July since 1999. Click here to view this year's book selection.
For the past six years we have also been honored
to be selected as the bookseller for the
Saskatchewan Book Awards Gala at the end of November.
We are located in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan;
one block north of the Temple Gardens Mineral Spa and Casino Moose Jaw and 4 blocks north of the
Tunnels of Moose Jaw.
We also offer discounts for teachers, librarians, schools and corporations.
